For me it is very hard to believe that the end of the semester is two weeks away! I have had a wonderful semester and have enjoyed all of my classes very much. With the last two weeks, we are really wrapping up what we have been working on.
For econ we are working on resume's and their perfect job power points right now. We will finish and turn in the resume's on Monday and the power points are going to be due on Wednesday. Every day next week we will also be addressing some personal finance topics, including, savings, credit, debt, taxes, interview questions, strategies for college, etc. They will also be getting their exam review sheets next week too.
For US history we will be learning about Presidents, starting with Nixon and continuing on though G.W. Bush. They will have a test on them next Friday. The test will not include an essay. They will also be getting a review sheet next week for the final exam.
Final Exams -
1st block (Econ) - Thursday 1/21
3rd block (Econ) - Thursday 1/21
4th block (US History) - Friday 1/22
Both Thursday and Friday are half days of exam week.
